VIRTUAL Exhibitor Frequently Asked Questions

How does a virtual exhibitor “booth” work?
Your website and/or online shop will be placed in our virtual marketplace and made accessible during the Expo. Attendees will receive incentives to visit the marketplace throughout the day. More specifics will be sent in the Exhibitor Kit as the Expo approaches.

How many people will be attending?
Every show is different. Most shows have between 500 and 5,000 attendees depending on a number of factors, including metro population. We will review the details of your Expo when you inquire about purchasing a booth.

How will this be promoted?
Through our media partner (local radio stations, TV stations, or newspapers), schools, speakers, non-profits, community organizations, social media – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat – and press releases to media outlets.

Is this affiliated with a religious group or other girls’ organization?
No. Girls World Expo is a privately owned business. We welcome everyone at our Expos, regardless of religion, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other factor. Any kind of hate speech or forms of aggression or micro-aggressions will not be tolerated.

Am I guaranteed exclusivity?
Yes, we provide brand exclusivity, but not category exclusivity. For example, if you buy a virtual booth for your Edward Jones Financial Advisors office, we will not sell a booth to another Edward Jones representative – though there may be other financial advisors at the Expo. Similarly, if you buy a table for your Mary Kay business, you will be the only Mary Kay booth at the Expo – but there may be other cosmetics companies exhibiting.

Are there any categories that may NOT exhibit at the Expo?
The following categories of businesses are not allowed:

  • Weight Loss

  • Adult Content

  • Alcohol

  • Gambling

  • Drugs

  • Plastic Surgery

  • Tobacco Products

  • Illegal Products

... and any other categories that Girls World Expo deems inappropriate for our audience.
